Worked like a charm

Setup in canada without any issues. However it is missing
1. History number do not which phone was used, e.g. Home, mobile, or work etc. You will have no idea if you want to redial a number from history
2. It does not display my GV contacts but only local iPhone contacts, it will be nice if it added fav list, or use iPhone fav list, or display GV contacts. It will help finding the most commonly used numbers handy, otherwise you will have browse thru whole contacts list.

Other than this, no other issues.
